We use quality 80-gram paper - A4 for letters and quality 220-gram cardboard for postcards, suitable for your customization.

How can I send my mail and what are the options?

We offer different delivery methods: green letter (for mainland France), tracked letter, and registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, each offering specific advantages according to your needs.

What file types can I use to send my mail?

Accepted formats for letters are .pdf or .html.

What does my subscription include?

How much does the letter-direct.com subscription cost?

letter-direct offers a welcome offer that gives you unlimited access to our platform for 48 hours for only €0.9 including VAT (green letter), €1.60 including VAT (tracked mail), and €2.50 including VAT (registered mail). If you do not cancel before the end of the trial offer, it will automatically renew as a non-binding monthly subscription at a rate of €39.00 including VAT per month. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your letter-direct.com subscription yourself by going to the Cancellation page and entering the email address you used when you signed up. If you are unable to find your email address, you can also ask one of our advisors on chat, by phone, or by email at [email protected] to handle your cancellation.

I don't remember my login and password, what should I do?

Is it indicated that the mail is printed and sent by letter-direct on the envelope?

No, the recipient will not receive any advertising and will not know that the mail was sent via the letter-direct platform.
